Files we take

Old camcorder files are fine.

You already ripped the tape, or you have the digital leftover. We don’t need the plastic. If it won’t open, we try a repair. Still dead — no charge.

Before you drop it.

Do I mail a tape?

No. You already have a file. Drop that. We are not a box in the mail.

Is it 4K?

No. Honest 2× on this machine. Bigger, cleaner, same clip. We don’t invent detail that was never on the tape.

When do I see a sample?

After you pay. Ten seconds of the real 2×, then the rest of the file. The sample is not a fake zoom.

What if the file is dead?

We try a repair. If it still won’t open, no charge.

Do you keep a copy?

Not after you have it and click wipe. Originals are never overwritten. Sexual uploads are dropped on the way in and not stored.

How long does it take?

The machine runs here. Not two to twelve weeks in a warehouse.
